Postdoc position open: We welcome motivated postdoctral researchers with broad educational backgrounds ranging from chemistry, materials science, and condensed matter and device physics. Experience in solution synthesis of nanomaterials and good electron microscopy (TEM, SEM) and structural characterization skills are desired. Experience with magnetism and/or surface chemistry, and/or some interest in biochemistry are pluses. Please send inquiry together with CV with publication lists to Prof. Jin.
Students who are interested in pursuing Ph.D. research in the Jin group should apply to the graduate program in the Chemistry Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Choosing "materials chemistry" as the field of interest is recommended, however, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, and inorganic chemistry are fine too.
