Welcome to the Jin Group webpage!
We are a group of scientists at the University of Wisconsin interested in the chemistry and physics of materials on the nanoscale for solar applications, spintronics and other fascinating processes.
April 2015: Yongping's paper Lead halide perovskite nanowire lasers with low lasing thresholds and high quality factors is published in Nature Materials and is featured in the article Solution-grown nanowires make the best lasers in UW-Madison News
March 2015: Leith, Miguel, and Melinda's paper Direct Chemical Vapor Deposition Synthesis of Phase-Pure Iron Pyrite (FeS2) Thin Films was accepted to Chem. Mater.
February 2015: Leekyoung's paper Specific Enrichment of Phosphoproteins Using Functionalized Multivalent Nanoparticles was publish in J. Am Chem. Soc.
